This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game EggFights
(Android package com.EggClash.EggClash) collects, why it is collected, who it is
shared with, and what rights you have over it.
EggFights is intended for users aged 13 and over. The game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact support@eggfights.com and we will delete it.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we never ask for your real name, postal address, phone number or payment details. The data below is collected automatically or is generated by your gameplay.

Provided by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. Firebase Analytics records anonymous
gameplay events, Firestore stores your player profile and scores, Authentication creates an
anonymous account so your progress persists, and Crashlytics collects crash diagnostics.
See Firebase Privacy
and Google Privacy Policy.
EggFights shows rewarded video ads only, which you choose to watch in
exchange for an in-game benefit. There are no banner ads and no forced interstitial ads.
AdMob may use your advertising ID and IP address to select and measure ads.
See How Google uses data.
Each time the app launches, it sends a request to the third-party service ipwho.is to determine your country from your IP address. We store only the resulting country code. We do not store your IP address, and we do not determine your precise location.
Local multiplayer uses Google Nearby Connections to discover and connect to another phone in the same room over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Match data is exchanged directly between the two devices. On some Android versions this feature requires the Bluetooth, nearby-devices and/or location permissions; the location permission is required by Android for Bluetooth scanning and is not used by us to track your position.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before ads are initialised. You may choose personalised or non-personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time from the in-game settings, or by contacting us.
You can also reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers listed in section 3, acting as processors or independent controllers as applicable. Your chosen player display name and scores may be visible to other players in leaderboards and tournaments — please do not use your real name or any personal information as your display name.
Our providers may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Gameplay and profile data is retained while the game remains active on your device and for a reasonable period afterwards. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s default Firebase retention settings. Crash reports are retained up to 90 days. You may request deletion at any time (section 9).
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email support@eggfights.com. Because accounts are anonymous, we may ask you for your in-game player ID so we can locate your data.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Greece this is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device. To also delete the data stored on our servers, email support@eggfights.com with your in-game player ID. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
Data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Server-side data is protected by Firebase security rules that restrict access to your own records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the game after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
