By downloading or playing EggFights you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play EggFights on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute or sell the game or any part of it.
You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.
The game contains virtual currency (eggshells, gems) and virtual items (eggs, skins, boosters). These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game, and are licensed to you rather than sold. Balances and items may be adjusted, reset or removed as part of game balancing or in cases of abuse. We are not liable for the loss of virtual items, including loss caused by device failure, uninstallation or account issues.
EggFights includes optional rewarded video advertisements. Watching them is voluntary and grants an in-game benefit. Availability of ads is not guaranteed and depends on third-party ad networks.
You agree not to cheat, use unauthorised third-party software, modify game files, exploit bugs for advantage, or interfere with other players. You agree not to choose an offensive, misleading or impersonating display name. We may remove content, reset progress or block access in response to such behaviour.
Local multiplayer connects two nearby devices directly. Connection quality depends on your hardware, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi conditions, and Android version. We do not guarantee that any particular pair of devices will connect successfully.
The game is provided on an ongoing but not guaranteed basis. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, servers or the game itself at any time, with or without notice.
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country, including mandatory rights under European Union consumer law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your use of the game is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and the terms of the third-party services described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change, and continued use of the game after an update constitutes acceptance.
